“All was good except for the evening reception staff support. Our official reservation had a different check-out time, but the receptionist said the hotel now has a different policy and did not offer any alternative options at all! This is not the standard expected from a 4-star hotel. We were quite disappointed. During check-out, we had to wait approximately 20 minutes due to the high number of guests going through the process. Another receptionist during check out said that there were no problem with our check out hrs and tried to help to resolve the situation, but is was too late. But in general- nice hotel, unexpected awesome breakfast. ”
