“I arrived from Kyiv late at night and unfortunately missed my train to Krakow. I walked out of the train station and had nowhere to go. It was very cold, and I didn’t bring a heavy coat. My phone battery was dying, and my charger was broken. I genuinely thought I would have no choice but to try to sleep on the street that night. Fortunately, I had just enough battery power remaining to search for a nearby hotel. I instantly found Hotel Trojka and used the last few minutes of battery life to get a cab. From the staff to the room to the amenities to the free breakfast, my experience at Hotel Trojka was WONDERFUL. HIGHLY recommended!”

“Positives: very responsive staff over email. Remote check-in worked well. Also very nice location. Not so positive - never met a staff member. When you enter feels like you're in a horror film with abandoned broken down coke refrigerator, dirty kitchen, no signs of life. Had an insect on one of the beds. Not sure what it was but didn't fly. Mattress uncomfortable. ”

“If you don’t speak Polish, like me, it’s better to stay away from this place. The entrance to the flat is through a coded box, but all instructions are only in Polish. I wasted over three hours trying to get inside the room—while it was raining and snowing outside. Honestly, I’d rather pay more and stay in a hotel than deal with this kind of hassle. Also, there was no TV or radio in the room, which felt really strange.”
