Mattress uncomfortable. ”

I wasted over three hours trying to get inside the room—while it was raining and snowing outside. Honestly, I’d rather pay more and stay in a hotel than deal with this kind of hassle. Also, there was no TV or radio in the room, which felt really strange.”
