“The door is locked after 17:00, no reception. I called 3 times but not connected. If you don't have phone number available SMS, you can't stay at this hotel.”

“Have stayed at the hotel several times before, but this time the spa/swimming pool was under renovation for the whole month of January. The normal breakfast buffet was not available. Both these things are normally very good - the reason I choose this hotel. There was no warning ahead of time that these would not be available. I even emailed ahead of my stay to ask what time the spa closes and what time the breakfast starts. No word in the email about these things not operating as normal. The staff is very helpful and apologetic, but management is not very professional in my opinion. Rooms are good, clean. ”

“The hotel is so nice, super clean, friendly staff, good location, and quit area. The only issue I've faced is the missing coffee machine and refrigerator which Agoda mentioned on the photos and in the room info, but both were missing in my room. As per the receptionist it is a classic room which doesn't include this equipment and it is Agoda act. Agoda has to update this hotel photos and information. ”

“Positive: The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a very good quality bed, bed linen, and pillows. I had a comfortable night’s sleep. Staff: The staff were professional and polite, but I found them a little less welcoming and smiling than expected. They were helpful when asked, but generally did not go the extra step to offer additional assistance or guidance. Parking: Be prepared to look for street parking, or pay 60 PLN per night if you want to use the hotel’s parking. Overall, a clean and comfortable hotel, particularly good for a good night’s sleep, but the service could be more warm and proactive.”

“Very good”

“Smooth check in. Wifi is fine. Good location, close to tram and bus, 10 min walk to discount supermarket. There is no kitchen but there are some cutlery and dishes what you need. ”
