“We had a nice stay at the hotel - reception staff were friendly, best location you could ever ask for, bright and spacious room and fabulous breakfast. The only negative remark was the lack of cleaningness in the rooms, and whilst I appreciate the hotel is eco friendly, I don’t think it’s acceptable for a 4 star hotel not to have the rooms cleaned at least every other day or to provide clean towels, this only happened when we asked the reception staff.”
