“It’s tidy but no staff in this hotel. You have to self check in. Overall I recommend this hotel”

“The hotel was nice, 10 min walk to Wawel Castle. The restaurant downstairs served a delicious food. The only cons is they don’t have elevator, so you need to bring your heavy luggage upstairs. It’s a bit noisy at night, but they provide you with an earbuds. Staff is friendly, easy to checking in I asked them to clean my room. The bathroom and bed was tidy and neat, but they don’t change my dirty glasses for drink. And they only provide 1 bottle of water for 2 nights”

“The picture showed a beautiful Queen bed in the apartment, but when I came it smelled terrible and it was a mattress on the floor.”

“The room that we booked (and paid for) was not the one that we were put in. The accommodation was disgusting, the worst part was the bathroom that was full of mould and filth. We have pictures of the shower, there was mould on the shower head and the dirt was all over the tiles. There were rats in the building going through the trash every night. We would not recommend staying there.”
