My stay at this hotel was a complete nightmare – from unprofessional service to downright disgusting conditions. Not a single thing was done right. Here’s what really happened – save yourself and book elsewhere. 1. Luggage Storage = Basement Escape Room We arrived early, only to find there was NO RECEPTION! After lots of confusion, we were told to “leave bags next to the basement toilet.” Came back at 9 PM – basement door was LOCKED! If you lock the storage, TELL GUESTS IN ADVANCE. Dragging suitcases up and down the stairs was pure punishment. 2. The Room Was Dirty & Broken · Disgusting hygiene: Towels, bedsheets, and drinking glasses had visible yellow stains. I didn’t even want to touch them! · Water pressure was a joke: The shower was a thin trickle – what should take 10 minutes took almost 30. · Soundproofing? None: I could clearly hear every conversation, footstep, and TV from other rooms and the hallway. 3. Check-Out Turned into a Hostile Invasion (THE WORST!) Check-out was 10:30 AM. We were packed by then – just putting on shoes and jackets, maybe 2–3 minutes late. At 10:33, a female staff started SHOUTING outside our door, yelling “Get out NOW!” Even worse: After we said “OK, coming,” SHE USED HER MASTER KEY TO UNLOCK AND ENTER OUR ROOM! What if we were changing? This is a total violation of privacy and safety! Then she went and banged loudly on other guests’ doors – with zero soundproofing, she probably woke everyone up. From stained linens and broken facilities, to the chaotic luggage situation and aggressive check-out invasion – this hotel fails at EVERY level. The staff are rude and untrained, cleanliness is terrible, and guests are treated like an inconvenience. Spend a little more and stay somewhere else – your health and dignity deserve better.

Great value and convenient location, quiet and just far enough from the old town. Staff at reception is super friendly. Highly recommended.

It’s tidy but no staff in this hotel. You have to self check in. Overall I recommend this hotel
