“What's great about it is that there is a massage place just below the same building. No extra key was given in case you needed to go out and wanted the room cool when going back in. The food was great but only until 3pm. Staff were friendly and kind. But needs more hospitality feels especially with the front desk personnel. Over all, it was good and near Robinsons and terminal.”

The website mentioned early check-in, but I was politely informed that the hotel was fully booked and unable to accommodate it. I stayed in the Annex Building, which was decent, but be aware that the rooms on the 3rd floor require using the stairs, as there’s no elevator. The room itself was okay, but it showed noticeable signs of wear—there were stains on the floor that hadn’t been cleaned, and the windows were locked, which made it feel a bit closed-in. Despite these issues, my overall stay was still good, and I believe it offers fair value for the money.”
