“What's great about it is that there is a massage place just below the same building. No extra key was given in case you needed to go out and wanted the room cool when going back in. The food was great but only until 3pm. Staff were friendly and kind. But needs more hospitality feels especially with the front desk personnel. Over all, it was good and near Robinsons and terminal.”

“This review is based on my personal experience. Upon arrival, I noticed there were no complimentary drinks, which was a bit disappointing. The website mentioned early check-in, but I was politely informed that the hotel was fully booked and unable to accommodate it. I stayed in the Annex Building, which was decent, but be aware that the rooms on the 3rd floor require using the stairs, as there’s no elevator. The room itself was okay, but it showed noticeable signs of wear—there were stains on the floor that hadn’t been cleaned, and the windows were locked, which made it feel a bit closed-in. Despite these issues, my overall stay was still good, and I believe it offers fair value for the money.”

“Good space for 4 and great location. Walkable to the beach and easy to get a tricycle. Caretaker was kind and helpful. Needs improvement on cleanliness and upkeep. We had to wash all kitchen items and clean parts of the house upon arrival. Kitchenware is limited and worn. The house feels outdated, with some broken fixtures, weak water pressure, and unstable WiFi. Not very quiet. Expect roosters early morning, dogs barking, and neighbors playing music/karaoke at night. Room for improvement. Second bedroom would benefit from having AC, it gets quite warm even with a fan. Overall: Good value for the price, but just okay. Has strong potential with better maintenance.”
