“The proximity to the bowling alley in the morning was great however, after hours 10 o’clock It mean you have to walk all over around to get your front door the same for early in the morning The policy no refund if the booking agent makes an error or mistake borders on fraud I was very disappointed in the handling of a website booking error and me the customer changed for 3 rooms for one night for one person Please a very easy to understand an error”

“Thanks for a comfortable stay. The location is very accessible and near the venue of the event we attended. No problem with parking. Staff are kind and accommodating. The following may improve stay of future guests: (1) a more silent aircon unit (2) lighting at the long desk for those who will be working virtually and (3) at least one additional chair inside the room.”
