The proximity to the bowling alley in the morning was great however, after hours 10 o’clock It mean you have to walk all over around to get your front door the same for early in the morning The policy no refund if the booking agent makes an error or mistake borders on fraud I was very disappointed in the handling of a website booking error and me the customer changed for 3 rooms for one night for one person Please a very easy to understand an error

Stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, saktong 2pm kami dumating to check in kaso lang around 2:30pm pa kami nakapasok dahil di pa raw nalilinisan yung room namin. Nainis ako kasi I feel so tired from our trip and gusto ko magrest na kaso di pa pala ready ang room. Dapat sinabi nila na 3pm ang check in. Mababait naman ang mga staff, medyo mga stiff lang, idk. Kung bet nyo ng malapit sa malls and accessible and affordable, gow na dito sa Sogo. Medyo iba lang tong Sogo na ito sa ibang Sogos na napag stayhan namin. But I still recommend.

The bathroom was decent, no major complaints. While the TV wasn’t working properly, the front desk offered to fix it. Since I rarely watch TV, I let it be. What mattered more was the Wi-Fi, and that worked reliably throughout my stay. The staff really made a difference—despite long night shifts and visible fatigue, they still smiled and did their best to help. That kind of service goes a long way. I know this place often gets mixed reviews, but in my case, the experience was smooth and the usual negatives didn’t match what I saw. A solid, affordable choice if you’re managing expectations and just need a clean, quiet place to rest.

Okay naman so far. Nagka problem lang sa keycard hindi makapasok sa room and hindi ko nagamit tv kasi walang wifi connection sa room. Need pa naman mag internet that time. Pero all in all goods naman.

Place was fine, smells varnish though, WiFi won't connect with user and Pw, aircon too noisy, no hot shower. Staff were just accommodating enough. Executive rooms feels like just regular room compare to similar hotels.
