“Nice place and good location”

“It is a nice, quiet hotel across the street from the mall. Walking distance to KCC Mall and several restaurants. Transportation is readily available and the staff is friendly. The price is very reasonable.”

“My parents really enjoyed their stay at The Farm. Everything was worth it, and I always give a 5-star rating when I feel that the staycation was truly worth it. One small suggestion, though, would be to consider adding Netflix or other streaming options to the TV. My parents were really looking forward to watching a movie during our stay because we haven't had a TV at home since I was in college back in 2013. 😅 They were excited to have that simple experience of watching a movie together without the usual YouTube ads. YouTube is available, of course, but the movie selection can be quite limited, and having access to Netflix or another streaming service would make the TV much more enjoyable to use, especially for guests who just want to relax and watch a movie. Overall, we still had a wonderful stay, and my parents enjoyed the experience a lot. Hopefully, Netflix will be available in the future! 😊”

“We loved the pool so much! The staff were friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The only minor issue was that the water pressure in the bathroom was a bit low, but it was still okay. The property was clean and had excellent facilities, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They did seem to forget my request to have the room set up for our anniversary, but overall, we were very satisfied with our experience. The food was also great! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place.”

“The staff is nice 💖 💖💖💖 1-10 I will rate it into 10 based on my experience .Pero Hindi lang ata soundproof Yung nakuha ko na room but it's nice din naman Kasi peaceful din paligid . Malapit lang sa terminal, halal foods at sa malls ”

“Air conditioning at the living room was not working properly always shut down by itself.”

“My hubby and I stayed at Mezza Hotel before his LET. I am pregnancy and had mixed experiences. While the staff were friendly, there were significant drawbacks that made it less suitable for pregnant guests. The absence of an elevator was a major inconvenience, forcing me to climb multiple flights of stairs, which was physically taxing during my pregnancy. This is a critical oversight for a hotel catering to various mobility needs. Housekeeping was lacking in promptness, requiring multiple follow-ups for basic amenities like toiletries and towels, adding unnecessary stress. Furthermore, there were no complimentary drinks available, even in the lobby. ”
