My hubby and I stayed at Mezza Hotel before his LET. I am pregnancy and had mixed experiences. While the staff were friendly, there were significant drawbacks that made it less suitable for pregnant guests. The absence of an elevator was a major inconvenience, forcing me to climb multiple flights of stairs, which was physically taxing during my pregnancy. This is a critical oversight for a hotel catering to various mobility needs. Housekeeping was lacking in promptness, requiring multiple follow-ups for basic amenities like toiletries and towels, adding unnecessary stress. Furthermore, there were no complimentary drinks available, even in the lobby.

Affordable Price but...
Stayed there for one day, had a make up stain (a little) like 1-2cm but the staff kept on insisting that its blood. So they kept the 300pesos deposit, i dont know if all hotels are like this but when I stayed at davao, and there's blood stain on my bed because I accidentally stain it (cause I got my period) they didnt even charged me and got back my 300 pesos. Overall this hotel is a 3/10, also the staffs are judgemental and not very accomodating

Great Potential
Great Place for budget traveller, lacking racks and hooks for hanging towels and clothes. A uniform set of Closet Hangers would give a better impression. Proper cleaning of floors should also be done, smudges of dried up stains from the floor mops seen on the floor. Comfort Seat Cover was not rinsed properly. Plus for: -Ample spaced rooms -Secure parking spaces. -Reasonably prices food offerings. Downside: -Location a bit far from the city center and about 50meters from the highway on an unpaved road. Recommended for driving or short stay travelers.
