“Room 104: There were roaches in the bathroom, the water smell funky, and the shower has no curtain which led to the whole bathroom wet. Also, the AC barely cooled the room. There is a backdoor that was ajar when we arrived and it opens to a work and drying area. There are pools but did not use them. Overall, the experience is not pleasant. ”

“We have been staying at Gregorios Home for the past 3 years whenever we visit Bauang. The place is clean but it will be better if the owner will replace the mattresses in all bedrooms too old they are not comfortable to sleep on . In thekitchen area it will be convenient if there is a microwave to heat up the food. About the staff: Charito is very nice she makes sure we have all the things we need during our stay. The other staff named JENNY she needs more proper training on how to deal with the customers to get more clienteles not to drive them away.”

“Great staff! Swimming pool is clean good for swimming. The grounds needs some good rehab and plants needs to be taken care of. Pressure washing walk ways and removing excess stuff away from sight. Overall, beautiful facility if the surroundings are taken care off properly. ”

“This was a pleasant surprise. The location is unbeatable, and the facilities are top-tier. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the entire property and the professionalism of the staff. They really hit the mark on the fundamentals. There are a few areas that need management's attention: ​The price point feels high for what you actually get. ​Breakfast was a disappointment and fell short of the standard set by the rest of the resort. ​We attempted an early morning check-out to get a head start on our day, but the process took far too long. ​If you can find a lower rate and opt out of the breakfast package, it’s a solid choice. Otherwise, the "math" doesn't quite add up for a premium stay.”

“Bauang 해변에서 가깝지만, San Juan이나 San Fernando까지는 너무 멀어 먹거리나 필요한 것들은 준비해 오실것을 권장합니다. 수건 말고는 제공되는 것이 없고 모두 유료 구입해야되며, 식당도 큰길까지 한참 나가야 합니다. 직원분들도 친절하긴 한데, 청소 상태는 아주 불량했습니다. 꼭 Bauang 해변에 와야할 일이 아니라면 추천하지 않습니다.”

“but please read carefully their posting because if you are looking for a beach front, this is not the one. There are 2 Marand resorts - this one and the Marand Beach Resort. Book the latter instead if you want a beach front; otherwise, you need to drive for 5 minutes or walk 10-15 minutes ”

“The Staff is VERY FRIENDLY and VERY ACCOMODATING, but the issue lies within the facilities i.e the ground wire of the shower heater is connected to the metal pipe of the water which is also attatched to the metal hose and metal faucets which is very dangerous ”
