This was a pleasant surprise. The location is unbeatable, and the facilities are top-tier. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the entire property and the professionalism of the staff. They really hit the mark on the fundamentals. There are a few areas that need management's attention: ​The price point feels high for what you actually get. ​Breakfast was a disappointment and fell short of the standard set by the rest of the resort. ​We attempted an early morning check-out to get a head start on our day, but the process took far too long. ​If you can find a lower rate and opt out of the breakfast package, it’s a solid choice. Otherwise, the "math" doesn't quite add up for a premium stay.

I booked the swim up room, water was shallow but very refreshing. The trees covered the beachfront view but the veranda experience was still nice and they had excellent pools and lounge areas. Very good room, facilities and amenities. Staff was very attentive and helpful. The beach in this area is dark and murky so swimming is not really pleasant. The food is terrible. We were there Tuesday to Thursday and they only had a handful of ingredients for dishes. Our first night we had dinner at their Jade restaurant and of the 5 things we ordered, only the garlic broccoli was good. Breakfasts are also very sad with just 1 or 2 meat dishes and less than 7 breakfast items but the dried fish (dilis for our first breakfast and espada on our second) were good as well as the egg station. The room towels were thin and smelled funky but the pool towels were fluffy and felt clean. Definitely come for the beach view and the pool, but not for the sea or the food.

Third visit at the hotel bec i appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms. However, during our recent stay, there were molds on the glass sealant at the shower and stain on the toilet bowl. I hope housekeeping will do their best in cleaning the comfort rooms. The room we stayed at had clogged drainage at the shower area too. Despite these lapses, i would still come back. Hopefully the concerns i raised will be addressed.

Overall, beach and room are clean. There was just a chemical smell in the room but the staff was very helpful to address it. First morning we ran out of some of the food from breakfast, maybe because there was an event. But we observed that the next day, it was more controlled and monitor so it wont happen again.

New, modern, and strategically located with a great sunset view. Most of the staff were helpful, but the Front Office needs to be more attentive to phone inquiries. We called their published mobile number eight times without success. For a modern establishment, missing that many calls without a callback or text is disappointing. Once they fix their communication, this will be a top-tier choice.
