“When I came to the hotel, they checked us in. Then told us our room is not available. They suggested us to their sister hotel. After we settled in its sister hotel we learnt that its level is lower than the original hotel. They did not mention any compensation for this downgrade. I have to file a complain to the booking agent.”

“The hotel was perfectly acceptable but definitely not a 4 star. It probably is a decent 3 star. ”

“Very good and confortable rooms; Nice breakfast, good dinner Staff not as so good”

“The food was terible . Vegeterians seem unwelcome. We were not Mađe aware that check out time is 10 am. We checked out at 11 am and we were charged 170 sol for one hour. Shocking and not acceptable. ”
