“The staff was friendly and helpful. The accommodation is lovely and clean. There were two hiccups for us. One is that we were not able to use the bathtub in our room eventhough we got a room with a bathtub and requested. We went out after checkin and returned quite late to find that there was no tub plug to be found and there was no staff at that time (9PM+), so we could not use the tub. However, I’m sure they would have helped us if we had informed them. The other is that the bed was too soft for is and gave us backaches. Other than the mentioned hiccups, I think the place is quite charming with the decorations and the warm welcome. They also offer water and milk for in-room coffee and tea in the fridge in the common area.”
