“It would have been a much better stay if we could have cooked a meal like breakfast Most motels we have stayed in have pots and pans etc to cook with. There were dishes ,plates,cups forks knives but you had to wash your dishes in plastic basin in the bathroom. Also could have done with a table to eat at or work at. Our room did have enough room Great location, staff friendly and helpful, other facilities Great. ”

“Just one night on business. No negative feedback. Owners very friendly, room very clean and with everything you need. Restaurant onsite with reasonable costs for food including a full cooked breakfast for $25 and just $8 for toasted sandwich. Lots of large trucks and business travellers which had all gone by 8am, so very popular. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again on business, it’s about 2minutes by car to the Main Street in downtown, 10 minutes to anywhere in Gisborne at most. Nice to grab an espresso coffee from the restaurant as you check out.”
