“Rooms are just at the ground floor, just outside the kitchen/restaurant. It is smelly when step in the hotel. The clothes get all fishy smell even you just checking in. However, rooms’ facilities is good enough, strong water pressure. Housekeeper never refill the conditioner, its impossible to call for service when you shower half way. Small issue but annoyed. ”

“The apartment itself was wonderful. Clean, large, well-equipped with kitchen and laundry. Excellent location just opposite the bus terminal and 3 supermarkets close by. The major negative was the check-in process. I did not receive any instructions on the day of arrival. There is no reception area. The owner was not responding to emails so I had to make costly international calls to arrange check-in. There are two properties on opposite sides of the same building. The one with the "Lofoten Overnatting" sign is for the small rooms with shared bathrooms. The large apartments, where I stayed, had no signage. We entered the wrong property on arrival. I recommend contacting the property 24 hours before arrival to get check-in instructions by email.”
