“The apartment itself was wonderful. Clean, large, well-equipped with kitchen and laundry. Excellent location just opposite the bus terminal and 3 supermarkets close by.
The major negative was the check-in process. I did not receive any instructions on the day of arrival. There is no reception area. The owner was not responding to emails so I had to make costly international calls to arrange check-in. There are two properties on opposite sides of the same building. The one with the "Lofoten Overnatting" sign is for the small rooms with shared bathrooms. The large apartments, where I stayed, had no signage. We entered the wrong property on arrival. I recommend contacting the property 24 hours before arrival to get check-in instructions by email.”
