“Great Spa, knowledge and friendly staff. However a few sunas out of use and the fact you must buy the spas own swimwear felt unnecessary and a money making scheme. Hotel was good and lovely room. However the restaurant was far too quick to close on both dinner and breakfast. Staff friendly but certainly not restaurant trained, no uniform and taking orders in small stick pad notes. Good was good but all felt rushed. Also charging for parking for those using the hotel is frankly outrageous! It’s not exactly well connected, lack of public transport and well out of tow , so driving is only real option. At least give those staying at the hotel a discount. Overall Spa was a 4 out of 5 and the hotel 3 out of 5. ”
