Additionally, the hairdryer was rendered useless due to the absence of a socket, despite being mounted on the wall. Throughout my stay, I attempted multiple times to report these issues to the reception, yet it was consistently unstaffed. Even after ringing the bell, no assistance was forthcoming, and this continued even at checkout. Ultimately, I chose not to pursue the matter further, given my brief two-night stay. Moreover, my room was not cleaned during my visit. It remains unclear whether this was a standard practice that was not communicated, or simply an oversight. On a brighter note, the breakfast provided was quite enjoyable, offering a small respite in an otherwise unsatisfactory experience.”
