“Convenient and very nice hotel in the middle of the city ”

“Located just 2minutes walk from the northern light cathedral, all staffs are friendly even the breakfast are many varieties and delicious”

“I stayed in several Scandic Hotels in Germany and was expecting a similar standard from the one in Alta. Con: Small room, loud and lousy air-conditioning, when arriving on the floor one is confronted with the laundry carts full of really dirty laundry, bed was tiny for two people, room empty (no slippers, tea, coffee, water, or anything), older bathroom, biggest deal breaker: dirty towels. No way this is 4 star level. Pro: Location, friendly staff, breakfast (which is good but I have seen better in Scandic hotels) Next night I spent at a different hotel close by which had better rooms for a lower price. Same service and location. I'm not booking Scandic Alta again. They might have better rooms, I didn't get one, though. Not worth their prices.”

“Absolutely stunning lodge not far from Alta city center. Expansive views. Beautiful rooms. Slippers for wandering hotel, great food, coffee stations all around hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows super lux! Would absolutely return!”

“Great location, unique dwelling, and great guide Emil! So patient and kind. We really enjoyed our stay with you. And thank you to the waitress in the morning who enabled me to finally taste cloudberry jam. ”

“We only stayed one night and were late arriving. Staff were waiting with a drink for us as we requested. We stayed in the main house… spacious room, sitting area, coffee and tea. Small balcony over th property. Breakfast was amazing! They offer all sorts of activities but the dog sledding was incredible! Hanna was a fabulous guide and we thoroughly enjoyed our day with her. Absolutely would return.”
