“This apartment hotel provides the basic for family stay. I stayed in 2 room apartment with 3 adult and 2 kids. Rooms are, by default, with twin bed setup, small kitchen and 1 bathroom. It is very basic but sufficient. It is officially for 4 person but listed in Agoda to be sufficiently accomodate 5 person. Aparently, when I arrived after 18 hours flight, I must add 1 extra bed with additional charge of Eur 75 per night. After complaining about this extra charge, the hotel finally agreed to wipe the charge. So, be very careful when make the reservation in Agoda for this hotel. As usual, Agoda just push this problem to the hotel when I made the complaint to them. Location wise, very strategic as it is close to Train, MRT, Tram stations. But there was major road works infront of the hotel during my stay, which caused a bit challenges to reach the hotel from station with large suitcases. Overall, if you have budget concern, this is the place. Otherwise, not recommended for comfort.”
