Good

Reception desk staff gave misinformation about the check in regulation. I booked 2 rooms for 2 diffrnt check ins n were not informed that i had to write a specific email about it. I was told only to leave the booker's name n ID, n the guests' names. So it was quite embarrassing when my guest needed to check in n could not, n we had to go thru the hassle of writing an email n resubmit the names again. Plus the demeanor of the staff (the male one) is rather impolite n rude. Rooms however are nice n eventhough ather small they faced a lake so the view was nice. Bathroom equipments are also modern n neat so it's enjoyable. The main plus point for me n my family is the fact that it is surrounded by many halal food restos n cafes. It is also near bus stops that take ppl to city center. So overall the location is really the strong point.
