“Customer service is bad. I had to call multiple times to remind the reception to confirm my payment because I was going to arrive late at the hotel. At the hotel, my wife and I had to call multiple times to get drinks. Sometimes we would order drinks and the wrong order would be brought. We sent our clothes to be washed and ironed, and the clothes were returned ironed but not properly washed. Maintenance is so bad. Once I was bathing, the water ran out. They said they hadn't pumped water. Hooow! The worst of the worst is the food. Completely inedible. My wife and I ordered food, paid, took 2 spoons and couldn't continue. The food was that bad. We had to go outside to eat. I am shocked. This isn't the Astoria hotel I know. The last time I lodged at this same hotel, their service was outstanding. I don't know what's gone wrong, but I know I won't be returning.”

“The staff had terrible attitude and was not willing to help or answer questions realistically. The facility is worn out, toilets were smelling, had constant electricity issues and had no lights in the morning till I checked out. And they keep running out of water constantly (night and morning) ”
