“BIG WARNING! Probably Scammers! I made my booking online on agoda and paid by credit card. During the checkin process they didnt say a word about my online-reservation but when i wanted to leave the hotel they told me that they did not recieve any payment and also that they dont even have a profile on agoda and that maybe somebody else created this profile. Then they refused to let me go until i make a second payment directly to them. the situation almost escalated. only after i said several times that i want the police to come now they let me go. I think it was a scamming attempt (and the second payment might be for private pockets) because when they really dont have a profile on agoda...why did they accept the agoda-reservation before.... Im aware that such things are normally not actions by the hotel itself but only from single individuals who work there but its still not ok. if you plan to stay there as a "white foreigner" better be careful about the hotel itself i cant say much because in my room was no wifi and no electricity, so i left after a few hours again.”
