“The hotel itself is nice and clean, especially since it is newly opened. The rooms and facilities are well maintained, and the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. However, if you are planning to stay here during school holidays or public holidays, I would strongly recommend considering the timing carefully. The hotel has 26 floors but only 3 elevators, which can be a major issue when the hotel is crowded. I stayed during the Merdeka holiday, and I had to wait a very long time just to get from my room to the restaurant on Level 13. Every elevator that arrived was already full, and eventually my husband and I had no choice but to squeeze into one. The restaurant experience was even more disappointing. We went for dinner and placed our order at 7:45 PM. I remember the timing clearly because I was on a phone call with my family at the time. After placing our order, I noticed that almost all the tables around us were still waiting for their food. We waited for about an hour before our food was finally served. When we asked about the delay, the cashier explained that there were simply too many customers, which was why the food was taking so long. We ordered two grilled chicken chops, which came with wedges, beans and carrots. By the time the food arrived, we were already extremely hungry and honestly just wanted to eat, so we didn't even have much energy to complain about the taste. Unfortunately, the food itself was also quite disappointing. If you are driving, you may want to consider arriving early, preferably before the mall opens. The hotel shares the same parking area with Harbour Mall, so during the mall's operating hours, hotel guests have to compete for parking spaces with mall customers. We arrived at around 2:00 PM and found it quite difficult to get a parking space. The parking route itself is also quite challenging. You have to drive several levels up, turning round and round through a relatively narrow ramp. You also need to be extra careful because cars are coming down from the opposite direction, and the space can feel quite tight. Overall, the hotel has good potential because it is new, clean and the staff are friendly. However, I feel the hotel needs to improve its facilities and operations to better handle peak periods, especially during public and school holidays. If you are staying during a quieter period, you may have a much better experience. But during peak periods, be prepared for long elevator waiting times, crowded parking and potentially long restaurant waiting times. ”

“Recommended for group and family, as the rooms provided with many beds. Need upgrade the facilities in the homestay. Install aircond at the living room and water dispenser. Bedsheets and towel use a bit thicker and good quality. Easy to check in and out. Other than that is perfect. Thanks ”

“Returning to stay after our island trip, this time requesting king size bed with sea view, but they only giving king size bed with no sea view but street view, it was noisy during day time, as the shop outside turn on their speaker very loud. Anyhow, location right at the downtown and next to a mall, although we did not go to the mall. ”
