The hotel itself is nice and clean, especially since it is newly opened. The rooms and facilities are well maintained, and the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. However, if you are planning to stay here during school holidays or public holidays, I would strongly recommend considering the timing carefully. The hotel has 26 floors but only 3 elevators, which can be a major issue when the hotel is crowded. I stayed during the Merdeka holiday, and I had to wait a very long time just to get from my room to the restaurant on Level 13. Every elevator that arrived was already full, and eventually my husband and I had no choice but to squeeze into one. The restaurant experience was even more disappointing. We went for dinner and placed our order at 7:45 PM. I remember the timing clearly because I was on a phone call with my family at the time. After placing our order, I noticed that almost all the tables around us were still waiting for their food. We waited for about an hour before our food was finally served. When we asked about the delay, the cashier explained that there were simply too many customers, which was why the food was taking so long. We ordered two grilled chicken chops, which came with wedges, beans and carrots. By the time the food arrived, we were already extremely hungry and honestly just wanted to eat, so we didn't even have much energy to complain about the taste. Unfortunately, the food itself was also quite disappointing. If you are driving, you may want to consider arriving early, preferably before the mall opens. The hotel shares the same parking area with Harbour Mall, so during the mall's operating hours, hotel guests have to compete for parking spaces with mall customers. We arrived at around 2:00 PM and found it quite difficult to get a parking space. The parking route itself is also quite challenging. You have to drive several levels up, turning round and round through a relatively narrow ramp. You also need to be extra careful because cars are coming down from the opposite direction, and the space can feel quite tight. Overall, the hotel has good potential because it is new, clean and the staff are friendly. However, I feel the hotel needs to improve its facilities and operations to better handle peak periods, especially during public and school holidays. If you are staying during a quieter period, you may have a much better experience. But during peak periods, be prepared for long elevator waiting times, crowded parking and potentially long restaurant waiting times.

Overall, we had a good stay here. The hotel is located right in the city centre, which makes it very convenient for getting around. The view from the hotel was also nice and the room was spacious and comfortable. For the price, I would say it offers good value for money. One area that could be improved is the parking arrangement, especially for guests who rent or drive their own cars. The hotel parking is shared with Harbour Mall and is located on the 5th floor. Getting up to the parking area requires driving through a spiral ramp all the way to the top, which can be quite troublesome and a little dizzying after going around so many times. 😅 A more convenient parking arrangement or clearer access for hotel guests would definitely improve the experience. The breakfast was decent, but the selection was quite similar from day to day, so having more variety would be a nice improvement, especially for guests staying several nights. That said, these are relatively minor points. Overall, the hotel is comfortable, conveniently located, spacious, and reasonably priced. I would consider staying here again.

i do enjoy my staycation at the hotel, got the seaview, enjoyed the pretty sunset at the pool, got my coffee at the resto. However, a bit disappointed during my arrival /check in at 2pm. it was late 2 hours and was informed the rooms still in cleaning (housekeeping). I was with my family bring the old parents and makes them waiting before getting in the room. hopefully the hotel management can take this matter and opportunity to improve because customer paid the rooms based on the days, the dedicated time. tq

私が予約とるとき（アゴダでは初めてだったので）に失敗したのか、ベッドが一つしかなく寝やすい環境とはいきませんでした。 これはここのホテルの話ではなく、アゴダサイドの話かもしれません。 大人×２、子供×２で朝食プランだったのですが、子供二人は現地で別料金を支払いました。 部屋は広く、ソファもあり豪華でした。 ソファーは二人掛けだったので、寝れるぐらいのスペースがあれば嬉しかったです。 スタッフにとって日本語は難しいようで、英語も話せない私たちとコミュニケーションをとる気は感じませんでした。 スタッフの評価が低いのはそこです。 エレベーターから一番奥の部屋でした。行きは荷物を運んでくれたのですが、帰りはお願いしても伝わらず自分たちで運ぶことになり苦労しました。 目の前の海は綺麗で、ホテルからも島へ行くボートが出ているので素晴らしかったです。 ピックルボールのコートもありました。 タオルはフロントで「貸せない」のような感じで言われました。 2日目にプールに行ったら、プールで借りれることを知って、伝えてくれたらいいのにとも思いました。

nice hotel , althought is a new hotel but not everything is new. toilet a bit old . traffic around the area are bad . overall is ok . the staff are very friendly and helpful.
