“Terraza del Alferez is an airbnb-like building next to the associated hotel. It comes with a large garage on the ground floor. Guests speak with the intercom to be let in-- even if my Spanish is close to nothing, I still got through alright everytime. The room is spacious, clean, and newly renovated. The AC is new, quiet, and cools down the room promptly. Just a few minutes walk to the busy area of Xalapa. At one point I found out that the door to the balcony was not locked, so I called the reception using the landline at like 11pm (again, using my broken spanish). A personnel showed up promptly and helped me fixed the door! I enjoyed my stay very much and think the experience was totally worth the buck. ”

“En general fue un buen servicio y El cuarto estuvo limpio. El unico inconveniente que cuando reserve en linea no paso mi tarjeta, intente con otra y tampoco. Llegue a xalapa y nuevamente trate de pagar y no tenian sistema. De cualquier forma la senorita fue muy amable y me asigno mi habitacion. Al otro dia al check out. No Sabian si ya habia pagado o no, por lo que me quede ahi en recepcion esperando a la chica, quien al ver que no me iba empezo a checar en la computadora y me pregunto si ya habia pagado en linea. A lo que le explique que no me habian Cobrado aun. Pague y Sali.”
