“Booking through Agoda for Maglen Resort was a mistake I deeply regret. The property itself was in poor condition: our toilet leaked the entire stay, and our room was infested with mosquitoes and other bugs, making it impossible to sleep. When we raised these issues with staff, we got nothing but indifference. No one took responsibility, no one offered a fix, and no one seemed to care that we were paying guests dealing with an unsanitary, uncomfortable room. To make things worse, the manager was completely unprofessional and dishonest about our deposit, giving us the runaround instead of a straight answer. I would not book this property again and would caution anyone using Agoda to look elsewhere.”
