“The stay we had was really bad, our first night we woke up to the extremely strong & horrible smell of paint in the hall out near our room & we both had headaches from it. After a half hour wait we finally got sorted with another room - really poor service we didn't have notification of the works in advance or get put in the better room location from the start. Also it's nearly impossible to get drinking water in the hotel - no dispensers anywhere except the gym & that ran out with staff having no idea how to 'fix the problem'. The pool is old & tired. Coffee costs over 80 pesos at the onsite cafe. Breakfast was pretty good as was the main meals we had there.”
