“We made the reservation and paid for the hotel a month before we stayed, and when we arrived on the day, they asked us to pay again. So we asked them to refund our money because we wanted to cancel the reservation, but they said they couldn't. In the end, we didn't get our money back and we lost our accommodation for three nights because of them. It was a weekend, and the other hotels were full, so it was a terrible experience.”

“No es recomendable, la única causa que no he cambiado por otro hotel es que ese hotel está cerca de la empresa de mi cliente. 1. La señorita de limpieza ha cerrado la puerta de baño y cuando yo regresé tarde, necesito buscar y esperar que la persona a resolver este tema. 2. El flujo de agua es muy pero muy pequeño. 3. La señarita de recepción no ha confirmado bien mis reservas y en el día que yo no debería check-out esa chico mandó a una persona a chequear si mi habitación estaba vacía. Y ese mismo día solamente yo quería quedar en la habitación para trabajar y me han molestado 3 veces las personas del hotel!!! ”
