“The resort was a nice place to stay. Everything was kept very clean. It’s a quiet resort. Staff were very pleasant and easy to communicate with. Meals were ok but not a huge selection like some larger resorts. Proximity to the beach was close. Only an 8 minute walk or 3 minutes with resort shuttle every half hour. The beach and another pool are at its sister resort Nuri. The ocean and pool are nice and warm at Nuri. Our resort the pool was cooler but still nice. No issues getting chairs in the morning. I would go back here. ”

“This hotel has a large beautiful clean swimming pool in the fanciful shape of a guitar. It is enhanced with a delightful colored underwater lighting scheme.. The water temperature was refreshingly cool in the hot weather. The restaurant served delicious meals in a classic open-air veranda. Looking forward to another visit to the Marina Hotel. “My stay at this hotel was fine, the location is good - you’re a short taxi ride from Pa Crucecita, have the main beach very close by and other beaches are also a short ride away. My balcony faced the marina so the view was nice but there was often loud music coming from the boats. I didn’t like the setup of the pool, it felt like being trapped in a cage. Didn’t try the restaurant and while it’s nice to have a coffee shop, I don’t understand why it’s Starbucks when you have really good local coffee in Mexico. The room is spacious, I don’t understand why it doesn’t have a small fridge at least. Bed is large and comfortable. ”

“Princess Mayev is not in the center of town but very close to playa Chahue, which ended up being better for us. We could still walk to the supermarket, beach, and restaurants. It was a 30 min walk to the town center. Our room was spacious and clean. View from the pool and restaurant was lovely. The only drawback is the noise from the road (especially party buses) can get a bit loud. We were still able to fall asleep with ear plugs in. We will definitely be back!”
