“We stayed the night before we flew out. Loved that they had a shuttle to the airport. The staff was fantastic and helped so much with communication. We speak almost no Spanish and they spoke just about the same amount of English. I would have loved to have had a refrigerator in the room. Had to throw some food away, but was okay. I didn't think to check on that when I reserved the room. Otherwise it was a great experience. ”

“Room has not even one towel ,when we arrived . This is a common tactic by many hotel staff . As usual we complained to the Receptionist . He took the towels from but didnt give them to us right there at the Reception .Instead, he went to our room to deliver them so that we can give him gratuity which we did not. Many of Hotels Staff do these deliberately , including TV Remote , A/C etc not working so that they can go to the room , fix them and expect tip. This is their scheme. I travel extensively ,from staying on 5 star to 3 stars hotels globally and encounter these schemes literally all the time.”
