“The hotel is situated on an expansive property, boasting a charming Hacienda style that creates a relaxing atmosphere. The classic accommodations enhance the overall experience. However, one peculiar aspect was that, despite the staff asking for our room number, we were required to pay for our meals and drinks at the bar and restaurant each time, as we couldn't charge them to our room. ”

“Loved Hercules. If you like beer, it’s heaven. More than 20 locally brewed Hercules brews on tap from pale ale to stout, plus good food in the beer garden. You can even pair boutique handmade chocolate with the beer, or switch to mezcal and well balanced cocktails. The pool restaurant serves fresh light dishes like ceviche and shrimp cocktails, and Taverna does an excellent breakfast. The pool is beautiful, the spa’s natural treatments are excellent, and the rooms in the old textile factory keep many original details, including the floors.”

“Aunque tardaron en entregarme la habitación (llegando a las 4.25 pm) el hotel es muy bonito y la estancia muy agradable. La habitación es bastante cómoda y acogedora. Lo recomiendo AMPLIAMENTE”

“I love the hotel, the look the bedroom. Super comfortable bed and great A/C. Unless you don't mind a few mosquito bites (I had the bites, my husband got their noise) it is REALLY a very nice place close to everything. Staff was very polite and friendly. When told about the mosquitos, they did spray but since it is an open place did not help much; just take your "Off" with you. I won't mind going back. I slept well as it is very quiet... and again the bed super comfortable. ”

“Staff is friendly & accommodating. The room we booked was small but she upgraded us to a larger room for same price! Continental breakfast was OK. They need to put smaller chairs to use around the table to eat breakfast.”

“Relativamente limpio muy bien ubicado cuando se va de turismo está en el mero centro. Solo que no hay quien te atienda la hora del check-in hay que llamarlos para hacer cita para que te den la llave. Fuera de ese detalle todo más o menos bien con bajo presupuesto vale mucho la pena”
