“리조트 자체는 아름답고 직원들도 친절했지만, 앞으로 숙박하실 분들은 코아티와 너구리가 복도, 발코니, 심지어 식당까지 리조트 곳곳에 있다는 점을 꼭 알아두셔야 합니다. 체크인 시 이 사실을 안내받지 못해 숙박에 상당한 불편을 겪었습니다. 오션프런트 룸으로 업그레이드했지만 동물들 때문에 발코니를 제대로 이용할 수 없었고, 심지어 한 마리는 미닫이문을 열기까지 했습니다. 해변에서 오붓하게 저녁 식사를 하던 중에도 너구리들이 테이블 근처로 여러 번 다가와 불안감을 느꼈습니다. 야생 동물과 항상 함께 있는 것이 괜찮다면 문제가 되지 않을 수도 있지만, 편안하고 걱정 없는 휴가를 기대하신다면 예약 전에 반드시 고려해야 할 사항입니다.”

“I really enjoyed my 3 nights here. It’s a huge resort but it’s mostly all just in one big line down to the beach. It’s very walkable but they also have little golf cart type things that go up and down if you’d rather not walk. There’s 3 or 4 big pools, the one at El Beso is adults only and they had some fun entertainment at times, I think 2 of the pools have swim up bars, there’s another pool right on the beach which was very pretty. There’s a huge buffet that runs most of the day, and quite a few restaurants to choose from. There’s a coffee shop which makes decent coffee and has some sweet treats available too. There’s various wildlife that roam the grounds that make for fun additions, and there is a decent sized gym. It’s an inclusive so don’t expect too much to happen at night, though there was one bar that says open late that might be fun in high season when there’s more people around, but I’ve found most people don’t stay up late as they’ve been drinking all day / are old or have kids. If you’re staying here you probably want to stay here the whole time to make the most of it, getting to and from it is very expensive only private transfers or normal taxis are allowed to enter, and normal taxis charge extortionate prices. I think the resort offers a free shuttle but only for stays of at least 4 nights, and getting in contact with them before arriving wasn’t easy. Pro tip if you’re drinking cocktails ask for an extra shot on the side to add and make them more alcoholic, the cocktails were absolutely delicious but didn’t taste very alcoholic. I stayed in El Beso and the room was ok generally, but they had just painted some of the tiles probably the morning I arrived so the room smelled strongly of shoe polish the whole time which wasn’t ideal. But overall I’d definitely consider going back.”
