El anfitrión está muy atento y comunica efectivamente los seguimientos durante tu estancia. El lugar es amplio con áreas comunes, cocina y refrigerado, agua caliente, internet y todas las comodidades para una estancia satisfactoria En mi experiencia personal visité varios lugares en Pachuca y en todo momento pude entrar y salir sin mayor dificultad Hay muchos transporte público y se llega al centro en 30 min Muchas gracias por este maravilloso lugar fue una gran estancia ! “Todo super bien ! se descansa de lo mejor, muy lindo el hotel . El estacionamiento es muy pequeño y hay q dejar el carro afuera si llegas tarde, de ahi en fuera todo espectacular.”

“They sell it as grand casino hotel, well it is a hotel and is has a casino, but that is all, the room i rented was a studio, soooo small and in the pictures looked better, the air contition wasnt working they offered me a fan instead, i could noy sleep well because of heat,i requested a room change or something and the people from the hotel said is not working for everyone They offer breakfast included, yeah i know is an american buffet just like everywhere else but the food was noy good, did noy enjoy it, asked for a refund so thst i can move to another hotel because of the lack of air conditioner, refused Not a grand hotel shut a shitty Place with a big ego since they are on the best zone of pachuca, hear me and go across the street to camino real, you pay about the same but is way better and you have a casino across the street”
