“The Hacienda is beautiful, but the property is very poorly managed. The room faces a construction site. In room the hygiene condition is poor, and we got dust allergy. Stains on towel. Shower room door makes funny sound. The restaurant is going to have you wait for a long time. When we check out, front desk cannot figure the billing correctly out, and wasted us about 40 minutes just to help them get the number right. Even when the manager show up, they never say sorry for the experience and we just walked out. Location is 30 mins drive from old town. I just want to say sincere thank you for the tall young boy in the restaurant and Antonio the door boy they are excellent young man that has passion for what they are doing. ”

“My husband and I were just at the decu downtown. We had the most wonderful experience. From the moment we entered it was magical. I cannot say enough about all the people who work there, they were kind, helpful and so so nice. The place is always being cleaned. It was like being at an oasis. Also good location. “We are very impressed with everything about this small hotel and feel that everyone would enjoy the comfortable bed, fair rates that include breakfast with it's high ceilings and elegant doors. The pool is always inviting and clean. Staff are very helpful! Breakfast is good and coffee and teas is available during the day . Water provided in glass bottle and NETFLIX and YouTube are also available. Don't hesitate to stay here. ”

Análisis así que todo bien, el Único PERO podría ser la cama poquitin dura y el baño no lo sentí mega mega limpio aunque el rollo de papel es cottonel! Bien ahí ”
