“My flight was super delayed and did not even get to the hotel till three in the morning. We had a lot of complications with the rooms because the first room was not clean at all and so we moved to a second room which the air-conditioning did not even work. They only gave us an option between the two rooms so we up just going back to the dirty room that had air-conditioning. Altogether the front desk lady and the Bellman were super helpful in getting us situated and was not rude at all. They were amazing and she actually spoke English, which I didn’t have to fight with the language barrier.”
