“The Central Hotel Boutique is such a nice place to stay! The building is over 100 years old and has been beautifully restored. We stayed in the Victor Hugo room and really loved the room layout and decoration. When we checked in, the hotel offered us a cocktail made from Chihuahua's sotol spirit (similar to tequila but different). The cocktail was amazing! The hotel is adjacent to the cathedral, and there are plenty of places to eat and shop within walking distance to the hotel. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. The food at the hotel's restaurant is amazing! All of the dishes we had a breakfast and dinner were tasty and really unique. The courtyard area is a beautiful place to work, have a drink, or relax, both during the day and at night. I highly recommend this hotel! It's definitely my favorite hotel of 2024! ”

“This property has many pros and cons. The location is very good with regards to convenience and eating establishments. The room was clean and very functional. One of the two elevators is under repair, which makes for a challenge of using the one existing elevator which is not that functional at best. I had a second issue where the front desk staff was not able to find my booking. I had a copy of my Agoda receipt, which should have made this easy, but it did not.”

“Staff speaks Enhlish if your Espanol is not too great. Pleasant staff nice workout room with some cardio and a few weights. No pool 😕. Be aware if you travel with pets that they charge USA PRICES FOR pets staying in room with you. 1000 peso deposit (refundable) but I think I paid $50 for 2 very small dogs for 1 night. That policy wasn’t too clear. But my dogs are supervised and walked constantly so there was no issue at checkout for the deposit back. Seems my dogs wet let enjoyed by all the staff and guests. Maybe they should lighten up on the per pet charge. Overall pleasant stay great breakfast easy parking in a secured parking lot. Thanks.”
