“The hotel is large but staff are so warm and friendly and you get to know them even on a short stay. They are all trying their best to provide great service. Room was so comfy. Everything we ate was so good - we stuck to traditional Mexican food (agua chile, desayuno yucateca) and always asked for the chile sauce and all was great! We stayed one night but you could definitely stay two. Bring cash to tip the staff as you can’t tip on card at restaurant. ”
