“We stayed for our honeymoon. The hotel was great with complimentary 45 min jacuzzi. Lebanese food was great too with a very good dj. Unfortunately beside the breakfast staff the service was very poor. We had to ask many time for the diner menu and look for the waiter at least 15min before getting him to notice us. We asked for late check out they only granted us until 1pm but still managed to call and disturb us a 12:30 to ask about what time we will leave the room. The breakfast was fine, unfortunately no one explained us about what order we can have beside the buffet we had to guess by ourselves. Overall this is a beautiful hotel but really needs to work on the service. ”
