“We stayed for our honeymoon. The hotel was great with complimentary 45 min jacuzzi. Lebanese food was great too with a very good dj. Unfortunately beside the breakfast staff the service was very poor. We had to ask many time for the diner menu and look for the waiter at least 15min before getting him to notice us. We asked for late check out they only granted us until 1pm but still managed to call and disturb us a 12:30 to ask about what time we will leave the room. The breakfast was fine, unfortunately no one explained us about what order we can have beside the buffet we had to guess by ourselves. Overall this is a beautiful hotel but really needs to work on the service. ”

“Ça ne mérite pas un 4 étoiles, à cause du petit déjeuner, c est dommage. Le petit déjeuner laisse à désirer, pas grand choix, le café de la machine pas assez chaud, pas assez de variétés, vraiment déçu pour le P-D. Sinon, côté propreté : Nickel. Contrairement aux remarques des autres clients, ma chambre était propre, j avais de l eau chaude, un réfrigérateur, j avais un balcon qui donnait sur la piscine. En soit, c est un très joli hôtel. Service Bagages : très bien, accueil à la réception aussi, bref, tout le personnel était serviable. Mais, il faudrait faire qlq chose pour le P-D, svp........ C est vraiment le seul point faible. Sinon, l hôtel est très bien situé. 10' à 15' pied du centre commercial. Boulangerie pâtisserie en face, restos tout le long du boulevard, . ”

“Beautiful hotel with attentive staff that really feels like a resort with a beautiful pool and affordable and nice spa. However, quite far from the Medina so if you were here for sightseeing without a tour, it can be hard to get to the Medina. However, a benefit of this hotel is that you can drive right up to it with a taxi which you cannot do at many places in the Medina and since I arrived at midnight, it was a great choice. Moroccan restaurant of the hotel is delicious. ”

“The room smells bad, and the toilet was so small. The location is only the good side of the hotel, otherwise not recommended for couples at all. Usually prices in Fes better than Marrakech, so many other options would be better than ibis. ”
