“Muhamed a retired Sherpa and his two sons hamed and hoissain were the perfect hosts welcoming me into their home with tea. They were all very friendly, helpful and informative cooking delicious food throughout my stay. If you are looking for authentic rural life in the mountains then I highly recommend you stay here with this beautiful family. It doesn’t get any more rural than this and the view from the guest house was just breathtaking. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed at. “My wife & I stayed 7-nights in late November & couldn't compliment all those involved in making our stay a pure joy. Cozy rooms and fabulous views. The location could not be better because a taxi can get you out of the mess that is Imlil town, away from the traffic, and into your 2nd home right in the mountains. (Some other riads outside the town and nestled in the mountains are only accessible with a long uphill jaunt. Truth be told it's about a 5 minute walk on a dirt/stone road to get to RA4S, but it is oh so worth it. Several trailheads can be had right from the RA4S. And did I mention the food? It was the best we had in our month in Morocco!”
