“The hotel is OK, room was clean and staff was nice, but: I booked a room with a bathtub and so called "landmark view". Instead I've got a room with no bathtub, with parking lot view. The room looked very different than the one on the photo. The room I've got was clearly a lower tier room.”

“I had a very bad and unfortunate experience in this hotel. The air conditioner of my room didn't work, while it was the hottest day of the year. I was assigned to the room at the roof, so the window is at the roof and cannot be opened wide. With the help of the staff, we opened a slit for the window. But there were helicopters flying every hour in the midnight over my head since the hotel was next to a hospital. The heat was intolerable, so I request to switch to another room, but they had all the rooms fully booked that day. They failed to provide even just an electric fan. I almost had a heat stroke at that night. The next day, the staff promised to switched me to another room, so I packed everything and store my luggage at the counter and left for my business in early morning. In the evening when I came back to the hotel in the evening, they couldn't find my luggage and failed to provide me a room! After an hour of waiting, they finally managed to trace back and sort out everything, and realized that the staff in the morning has had assigned me a room, and put my luggage in already. But due to poor communication, the evening staff did not know. The experience for the rest of my stay was fine, and I would say that the staff tried their best to help. I suppose I was just extremely unlucky, while there is room for improvement on the management in the hotel.”
