“They have a beautiful property but I feel the staff aren't as warm as Kaldan and Intercontinental. They're more robotic in their ways. The last time we visited here, we were given a balcony room where our kid went to the balcony and the edge was open. We got frightened to the core and had a very difficult time coming out of the stress. The food here is the best and the overall facility is beautiful. ”
