“The hotel facilities are quite basic, but I was pleasantly surprised that the room was very spacious and clean. The room itself was comfortable and well maintained. However, there were a few things that I did not like at all: 1. Front desk service The front desk staff were not very friendly or welcoming. Their expressions and overall manner did not give the impression that guests were warmly welcomed. A little more friendliness and hospitality would make a big difference to the guest experience. 2. Restaurant atmosphere and staff The restaurant staff was also not particularly welcoming. What was more surprising was the lighting. The restaurant seemed to have most of its lights switched off when there were no guests and only turned them on when guests came in. Perhaps they are trying to save electricity or be environmentally friendly, but the result is that the restaurant feels quite dark and uninviting. 3. Very dim corridors The corridors leading to the rooms were also quite dark, with only small lights along the way. The entire row of rooms felt poorly lit. Apart from making the hotel feel less welcoming, better corridor lighting would also make guests feel more comfortable and secure when walking to their rooms. 4. Food was a pleasant surprise On the positive side, the à la carte food was delicious. Kudos to the chef! The quality and taste of the food were definitely one of the highlights of my stay. Overall: The room was definitely a positive point—spacious and clean, and the à la carte food was excellent. However, the hotel could significantly improve the overall guest experience by focusing on staff hospitality and better lighting in the restaurant and corridors.”

“ We had a truly delightful family getaway at PRS Creekside Homestay in Yelagiri, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The property is beautifully located amidst serene greenery, offering a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere—perfect for families looking to escape the busy city life. The ambience and social setting of the homestay are excellent. It feels safe, well-maintained, and very family-friendly. The surroundings are calm and clean, making it ideal for relaxation as well as quality time with kids and elders. The rooms were neat, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a homely feel throughout our stay. What stood out the most was the hospitality of the hosts—they were warm, attentive, and ensured we had everything we needed. The open spaces, nearby creek view, and natural setting make it a great place for children to play and for families to bond. Morning walks and evening relaxation here are simply refreshing. Overall, PRS Creekside Homestay strikes a perfect balance between nature, comfort, and social comfort—making it highly recommended for family stays, small gatherings, or peaceful weekend trips. ✅ Peaceful and scenic location ✅ Clean and family-friendly environment ✅ Warm and caring host Mr. Marimuthu 🙏🏻 ✅ Great for relaxation and bonding We would definitely love to visit again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Yelagiri!”
