“I arrived at the place, needed a help with my luggage, called them they said staff will come out to help me but it’s been 20minutes and nonone came, I had to call them again and it seemed like they forgot abt me. the entrance was dark, when Inreached their hotel floor, lots of trash was just scattered on the hallway and no one was cleaning it. the room was spacious cause I booked the presidential suite. it would have been a nice and cozy room but there were stains on the sheets and pillowcases.. I dont even wanna know what it is. I just wish it was well maintained.. and the lift closes at night so you have to take plights of stairs if you wanna go out or come late. If you wanna extend, they would charge you 1k per hour if youre a tourist. ”

“Comfortable Rooms and Amazing Food”

“This property run by franchise of Radisson, offers pure vegetarian food like Idli, Dosa, Poha, etc. There were so many foreign travelers who were finding it difficult to cope with the food. The quality of food is also not great and not up to Radisson standards. So spicy and oily, seems they get free supply of salt. Many were asking Eggs and Omelette and the staff could be seen hapless viewers. Why not the management inform customers at the of booking itself that this is a "pure vegetarian" hotel which will make life easier for all. ”

“I stayed at Ginger City Center Surat for 1 night. First of all the location is excellent. Walking distance from Surat Railway Station and main cloth market. Area is very busy and you can find almost everything nearby. Room was neat and clean. The most important part was the staff was very supportive and greet you with a smile. Specially Mr Soumya at front desk was really a nice person. He did everything to make the stay comfortable. Upgraded my room and even allowed late check out. I will surely recommend this property for your Surat visit.”
