“I arrived at the place, needed a help with my luggage, called them they said staff will come out to help me but it’s been 20minutes and nonone came, I had to call them again and it seemed like they forgot abt me. the entrance was dark, when Inreached their hotel floor, lots of trash was just scattered on the hallway and no one was cleaning it. the room was spacious cause I booked the presidential suite. it would have been a nice and cozy room but there were stains on the sheets and pillowcases.. I dont even wanna know what it is. I just wish it was well maintained.. and the lift closes at night so you have to take plights of stairs if you wanna go out or come late. If you wanna extend, they would charge you 1k per hour if youre a tourist. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our two older kids. The location was perfect for exploring the areas. We had taken Executive room and this was very spacious, providing enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The hotels facilities were good, with every thing we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful., although there were a few cleanliness issues that could have been improved.. The only downside was the breakfast, which did not meet our expectations. Despite this, we would highly recommend this hotel for its overall great experience. ”

“This property run by franchise of Radisson, offers pure vegetarian food like Idli, Dosa, Poha, etc. There were so many foreign travelers who were finding it difficult to cope with the food. The quality of food is also not great and not up to Radisson standards. So spicy and oily, seems they get free supply of salt. Many were asking Eggs and Omelette and the staff could be seen hapless viewers. Why not the management inform customers at the of booking itself that this is a "pure vegetarian" hotel which will make life easier for all. ”
